Safety

We are committed to providing our clients with exceptional safety, service and value, without compromise. We believe that safety and quality assurance are best maintained through multiple layers of due diligence and ongoing reporting.

In addition to the requirements set forth by the FAA and MOT, CharterLastMinute.com considers the following factors in accepting and keeping aircraft/operators in our approved network:

  •  All Private Jet Operators in our network are required to hold a rating from a third party, independent general aviation auditing company. These include but aren’t limited to ARG/US, Wyvern, and IS-BAO.

  • We rate all of our private jet operators on a scale of 1-10 for operational integrity. This score includes a grade for prompt and professional communication by their dispatch, their responses to special requests, their knowledge of specific aircraft in their fleet, their knowledge and understanding of their companies’ aircraft safety records, their knowledge and understanding of pilot safety records, and their general attitude and ability to work with our Private Jet Advisors to execute a seamless flight for our valued clients.

  • We rate all of the jets in our network on a scale of 1-10 for general condition and pilot professionalism. We have photos of each aircraft – interior and exterior, the year of manufacture, the age of refurbishment (if applicable). Once in our network, we keep a log of feedback from our clients on the condition of the airplane, amenities on board, flight attendant performance and general attitude, pilot performance and general attitude as well as our personal interaction with the crew, if applicable.

  • We take into consideration the overall safety record, third part auditing grade, the number of years that an operator has been operating and their reputation within the industry.

  • If an operator has an accident or serious safety infraction, all of their aircraft are immediately removed from our network.
